Clan Games are a monthly clan event in Clash of Clans: for about a week, everyone in the clan completes short challenges for points, and the clan’s combined score unlocks up to six tiers of rewards that every participant picks from. Since December 2025 each player can earn up to 10,000 points, so a clan needs only five fully active members to reach the top tier. The next Clan Games run October 22 to 28, 2026.
How Clan Games work
When Clan Games are on, the Strongman’s Caravan sets up beside your Home Village. Tap it to see the challenge board. You need to be Town Hall 6 or higher to take part, and a player who finishes the TH6 upgrade partway through can join as soon as it completes.
- The board always shows 12 challenges: 8 for the Home Village and 4 for the Builder Base. That split has been fixed since the Ranked update of October 6, 2025.
- Everyone in the clan sees the same board. When someone takes a challenge, a new one replaces it, so the board never runs dry.
- Each challenge has a goal, a time limit and a point value. Small challenges last 3 hours, regular ones 8 hours and epic ones a full day, with epic challenges paying the most. A challenge started near the end of the event gets cut short to finish when the Games do.
- If you trash a challenge you can’t finish, you wait 10 minutes before taking another, unless you pay Gems to skip the wait. A challenge that times out can be trashed with no wait, or extended with Gems.
- Once you start a challenge for a clan, you are tied to that clan for the event. Leave and you can’t earn more points until you go back.
Challenges cover most of the game. Loot challenges ask for a set amount of Gold, Elixir or Dark Elixir. Battle challenges ask for stars, wins or destruction in multiplayer battles, Ranked Battles or Clan Wars. Others ask you to destroy certain buildings, win using a particular troop or spell, boost Super Troops, clear obstacles or donate troops and spells to clanmates.
Points and reward tiers
Points from every member go into one clan total. Reaching each threshold unlocks a reward tier and some Clan XP for the clan. These thresholds have been the same for every Clan Games from December 2025 to July 2026:

Until November 2025, each player could add at most 4,000 points. Starting with the December 22 to 28, 2025 Games, Supercell raised the individual cap to 10,000 to make the full reward track easier for clans with fewer active members. With 50,000 points needed for tier VI, five players at the cap are enough.
The 4,000 figure still matters. Any player who scores at least 4,000 points gets one extra reward, which they can take from any tier the clan unlocked. Points earned past your cap don’t count toward the tiers, but they still count toward the Games Champion achievement.
Clan Games rewards
When the Games end, every member who completed at least one challenge picks one reward from each tier the clan reached. Each tier offers three choices, and the lineup changes every month. Tiers usually mix three kinds of reward:
- Resources, given as a percentage of your Treasury capacity, so higher Town Halls and higher-level clans get bigger amounts. The amount is locked the first time you open the Caravan during the event.
- Magic Items such as potions, Wall Rings, Shovels of Obstacles, Runes and Books.
- Gems, with the largest Gem option in tier VI.
As an example, the July 22 to 28, 2026 Games offered a Book of Building, a Rune of Elixir or 100 Gems at tier VI, and 8 Wall Rings or 2 Research Potions among the tier V choices. Town Hall 6 players get a substitute wherever a tier offers Dark Elixir, since they can’t store it yet.
Collect your rewards from the Caravan once the Games are over. Unclaimed rewards are safe from attackers, but they disappear after 7 days. Resources go to your Treasury and Magic Items to your Town Hall, and if you pick a Magic Item you have no room for, you can sell it for Gems. If you left the clan after completing a challenge, you still collect that clan’s rewards wherever you are now.
Clan Games schedule in 2026
Clan Games have settled into the same slot every month: the 22nd to the 28th. Every event from December 2025 through July 2026 ran on those dates, and Supercell’s October 2026 season post lists the October Clan Games for October 22 to 28. They usually start at 08:00 UTC, and the month’s reward lineup shows in the Caravan once they begin.
How to get 10,000 points
- Start early. Epic challenges take a full day, so taking one before bed on the first night puts you a day ahead.
- Pick challenges that match your account. A low Town Hall should skip “destroy Inferno Towers” and leave it for someone who sees them every attack.
- Don’t forget the Builder Base. Four of the twelve slots are Builder Base challenges, and they often fit between Home Village attacks.
- Use regular Battles for loot and destruction challenges. You can skip bases and attack as often as you like, and your trophies are not at risk.
- Trash bad challenges right away. The 10-minute cooldown costs less than sitting on a challenge you can’t finish.
- Budget donations. Since March 2025 donating costs the donor Elixir or Dark Elixir, so a donation challenge isn’t entirely free.
- Talk to your clan. Once the clan passes 50,000 points, extra points earn nothing beyond the 4,000-point bonus threshold for each player, so let members below 4,000 take the easy challenges.
